In Sarasota, Florida, Katie had recently purchased a new home when she discovered a leak in the pool that had caused the surrounding concrete deck to settle and crack. After addressing the pool leak, she turned to LRE Foundation Repair for help in restoring and stabilizing the damaged pool deck. Our Design Specialist conducted a complimentary inspection and developed a customized plan to not only lift and level the sunken slabs but also provide lasting stability to the entire foundation. The solution included our Two-Part Concrete Protection System—featuring PolyLevel and NexusPro—as well as the installation of helical piers for permanent structural support. Our team began by injecting PolyLevel beneath the concrete to raise and level the settled slabs. Once the surface was even, we sealed the cracks with NexusPro to prevent future water intrusion and improve the appearance of the deck. To further reinforce the area, we installed helical piers around the perimeter of the pool deck, transferring the weight of the structure to stable, load-bearing soil deep underground. With the project complete, Katie’s pool deck was fully restored and permanently stabilized, allowing her to enjoy her outdoor space with confidence and peace of mind.
