John’s concrete pool deck at his Orlando, FL, home had experienced significant settlement, resulting in large cracks across the surface and several uneven areas around the pool. Concerned about the condition of the concrete and wanting to address the damage before it worsened, John contacted LRE Foundation Repair for help. Our Customer Care team scheduled a free inspection with one of our local Design Specialists, who evaluated the pool deck and found that soil erosion and settlement beneath the concrete had contributed to the damage. Based on the inspection findings, we developed a repair plan using our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to lift, level, stabilize, and seal the affected concrete. After John reviewed and approved the plan, our team got to work. First, PolyLevel was injected beneath the settled slabs to fill voids and help raise and stabilize the concrete. Next, the cracks and joints were sealed with NexusPro to help reduce water intrusion beneath the pool deck and improve the overall appearance of the surface.
