During the inspection, our specialist found that soil beneath the patio had eroded and settled, reducing support beneath the concrete. We then developed a comprehensive repair plan using our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to lift, stabilize, and repair the affected slabs. After Rafeal reviewed and approved the plan, our team began by injecting PolyLevel beneath the patio to fill voids and help raise and stabilize the settled concrete. Next, the cracks were repaired and sealed with NexusPro to help reduce water intrusion beneath the slab and improve the patio’s overall appearance.
