Jose, a homeowner in Miramar, FL, noticed that his painted concrete driveway had started to settle in several areas, and numerous cracks had spread across the surface. During the inspection, it was discovered that a broken line in the homeowner’s sprinkler system had caused water to leak and wash away much of the soil beneath the driveway, leading to the concrete settlement.
