Catherine recently purchased her new home in Orlando, Florida, and was dissatisfied with the condition of the driveway, with numerous cracks and stains throughout the concrete. Looking to repair the damage and restore the driveway’s curb appeal, she called LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. An LRE Design Specialist found ample opportunity to fully restore the driveway utilizing the Three-Part Concrete Protection System. This system includes utilizing PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the settling slabs, NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints, and applying DecoShield to protect the surface from wear and tear while coating the concrete with an even, translucent tint. Catherine's driveway has now been fully restored and stabilized, showcasing a fresh, clean appearance that enhances the curb appeal of her home.
Homeowners located in Kissimmee, Florida reached out to LRE Foundation Repair in hopes of repairing the walkway of their home. The soil underneath the slab had eroded causing the concrete to become unlevel, leaving a nasty tripping hazard and allowing water to pool near the foundation of the home. LRE utilized their two-part PolyLevel foam system to inject underneath the slab. The foam worked to fill the voids, and raise and relevel the homeowner's walkway. This homeowner no longer has to worry about tripping hazards or more serious foundation issues due to the pooling water.
The concrete walkway alongside Carol's home in Punta Gorda, Florida, appeared to be pulling away from the house, leaving a significant gap between the wall and the concrete. She called LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection to find out what solutions may be available. An LRE Design Specialist assessed the walkway and found that weak soil underneath the concrete had caused the slabs to sink into the ground and break away from the home's exterior wall. For a permanent solution, the team at LRE implemented the Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, PolyLevel was utilized to lift the concrete back into place against the wall, closing the gap. Next, the cracks and joints were sealed using NexusPro to stop water from intruding beneath the concrete and eroding more soil. Upon completion, Carol's walkway was restored to its original level and position against the home's wall and is now permanently stabilized against future settlement.
Travis, a homeowner in Port Charlotte, Florida, was preparing to put his house on the market when he noticed a serious tripping hazard—cracked and uneven concrete along the side of his driveway. Concerned about safety and curb appeal, he reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for help. After a thorough inspection, our expert Design Specialist identified soil settlement as the root cause. We recommended our trusted PolyLevel® solution to lift, level, and permanently stabilize the affected area. With Travis’s approval, our team injected PolyLevel beneath the settled slabs, carefully restoring the concrete to a smooth, even surface. With the hazard eliminated, Travis can now sell his home with confidence and peace of mind.
