Photo Album: Concrete Pool Deck Leveling in Oviedo, Florida

Tammie from Oviedo, Florida, reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair to request an inspection of her home’s concrete pool deck after a section had settled significantly, creating trip hazards and large cracks across the deck’s surface. Following a close assessment of the damage by our Design Specialist, it was discovered that the lack of a sufficient drainage system around this section of the deck had caused the underlying soil to wash away, leading to the concrete to settle. Our specialist created a customized plan that included having our team utilize PolyLevel to fill the voids left by the eroded soil and to lift, level, and permanently stabilize the slabs. Our team soon set to work injecting the PolyLevel solution, successfully restoring the concrete to its proper, safe level. Upon completion, Tammie could now feel relieved knowing her pool deck’s concrete was now restored to its proper level, with the trip hazards removed, allowing her to enjoy her pool deck with peace of mind.
