We sent one of our Design Specialists to conduct a full home inspection, and upon close assessment, it was discovered that severe soil erosion and settlement had occurred beneath the back porch and the foundation at the rear of the house. In need of a permanent solution, we developed a comprehensive repair plan that included installing our helical pier system to stabilize the foundation. With Adam’s approval, our team got to work, carefully installing each helical pier beneath the home’s foundation. Once strong, load-bearing soil layers were reached, the piers were bracketed to the foundation’s footer, and the weight of the home was successfully transferred to the competent soil layers, stabilizing the structure. Our team then carefully lifted the foundation back into its proper position.
