Photo Album: Crawl Space Repair and Stabilization in Gainesville, Florida

Erin from Gainesville, Florida, noticed a leak in the bathroom of her newly inherited home and became concerned about potential damage to the wooden floor joists in the crawl space below. She contacted us at LRE Foundation Repair and requested an inspection of the crawl space by one of our expert Design Specialists to diagnose any potential issues. Upon close examination, the specialist discovered that many of the floor joists below the bathroom had in fact suffered from water damage. Additionally, many of the joists had shown noticeable sloping due to inadequate support from below. A plan was created to replace the damaged joists and to also provide durable and permanent support throughout the crawl space with our SmartJack system. With Erin’s approval, our team went to work repairing the wooden floor joists and installing the SmartJacks in key areas throughout the crawl space. Upon completion, Erin’s floor joists were fully repaired, and her home was permanently stabilized, allowing her to feel secure in her newly inherited property.
