Photo Album: Leveling Sagging Floors in Sarasota, Florida

Upon noticing that the floors in his home felt unstable, Jonathan in Sarasota, Florida, asked LRE Foundation Repair to inspect the crawl space under his house. Following a full home inspection by one of our Design Specialists, it was discovered that the wooden floor joists had been slightly sagging. Given the age of the home, it was no surprise that the original block piers in the crawl space could no longer adequately support its weight. Our Design Specialist crafted a solution to bring the floor joists back to an even level and permanently stabilize them with the SmartJack system.
