LRE completed a full-home inspection and determined that short downspouts had increased the amount of water buildup around the home when it rained, allowing for years of erosion and soil movement to take place. An easy fix, LRE designed a solution using PolyLevel, an expanding polyurethane foam material that is injected through the concrete and into the ground below. As PolyLevel is injected, it flows effortlessly through soils, expanding on contact to fill loose areas and lift the concrete back into place. This application was completed around the whole perimeter of the pool in a day, leaving behind nothing but a happy homeowner who was ready for the next step in her pool repair.
