Upon assessing the home, our specialist determined that soil settlement had occurred, causing the foundation to begin sinking. A customized plan was created to permanently stabilize the foundation using our helical pier system. Dawn approved the plan, and our team began by removing soil around the foundation’s footer and driving each helical pier down to stable, load-bearing soil.
Once the piers reached the appropriate depths, they were securely bracketed to the foundation’s footer, successfully transferring the weight of the home to stronger soil layers. Dawn is thrilled with the results and can now rest assured that her home is safe and secure.

Concealing Helical Piers
Now that the helical piers have been installed and the foundation stabilized, the LRE team will restore the work site by backfilling each pier with the previously removed soil or pouring fresh concrete where sections were removed.
