Photo Album: Repairing and Stabilizing Settling Foundation in Daytona Beach, FL

Horace, a homeowner from Daytona Beach, FL, had just inherited his new home and needed to have the foundation inspected after noticing cracks within the home’s walls. After giving us a call at LRE Foundation Repair, we had our Customer Care team quickly schedule a free inspection with one of our expert Design Specialists. The inspection revealed that unstable soil beneath the home had caused the foundation to shift and settle, causing the walls to crack.  A comprehensive repair plan was created to permanently stabilize the foundation with our helical pier system and prevent further settlement from occurring. Horace reviewed the plan and gave our team his approval to begin the work. Each pier was carefully driven deep into the ground with specialized equipment until strong, stable soil layers were reached. The piers were then bracketed to the foundation's footer, and the weight of the home was then transferred to the stronger soil layer.  With the repairs complete, Horace’s newly inherited home is now fully stabilized—allowing him to move in with confidence, knowing his foundation is secure for years to come.
