Drainage Solutions Photo Album: Enhanced Pool Deck Channel Drain in Clearwater, FL
Alex in Clearwater, FL, was in the process of having repairs done on his home and wanted to replace the damaged channel drain on his pool deck with one that was more effective at removing flooding rainwater. Having had LRE Foundation Repair conduct repairs on his home previously, he asked for assistance with providing this new drainage enhancement. Our team removed the old, damaged channel drain and carefully removed pavers and sections of concrete to facilitate the installation of the new drain. Once our team placed the new system in place and ensured its proper fit, they poured new concrete in the previously excavated areas and replaced the pavers to restore a clean appearance. Now Alex’s pool deck is equipped with a superior channel drain, designed to provide long-lasting relief from pooling water during heavy rainstorms.
