Flooding Zone
This side of the home experienced severe, recurring flooding, with rainwater pooling along the foundation during heavy storms.
Installing French Drain System
The LRE team begins installing the French drain system by excavating soil along the side of the home and placing the system in the trench.
Drainage Pipe Installation
The subsurface drainage pipe is installed within the excavated trench, with pop-up relief drains placed at the discharge point.
Buried Downspout
The nearby downspouts extending to the roof's gutter system are connected directly to the underground drainage pipe to prevent rainwater from discharging around the foundation.
Concealing Drainage System
Once the new yard drainage system has been completely installed, the LRE team carefully replaces the previously removed soil and sod to conceal the system and restore the yard's appearance.
Complete Exterior Drainage System Installation
Following the complete installation of the new exterior yard drainage system, rainwater will now be effectively collected and safely discharged away from the home through pop-up relief drains.
