After reviewing the layout of Rick's home, our specialist developed a plan to install an EZ Flow French drain system around the perimeter of the foundation where flooding occurred most. The French drain collects and diverts rainwater through an underground drainage pipe, directing it to a relief drain away from the home. Additionally, catch basins would be installed along the drainage pipe's path to capture rainwater in the yard, preventing water from pooling in the area. Rick approved the plan, and our production team promptly began installing the new subsurface drainage system.
