Following a full assessment of the property, a custom drainage solution was designed to control and redirect stormwater away from the home. A key part of the plan included installing a new channel drain across the driveway to capture runoff before it could flow into the garage. Our crew carefully cut and removed sections of concrete, installed the drain within the trench, and then restored the surface with new concrete to ensure a smooth, finished appearance.

With the system fully installed, rainwater is now effectively managed and directed away from the home, helping to protect Bailey’s foundation and garage from future water damage.
