Flooded Patio Fixed in Winter Haven, FL

Ann L. was dealing with persistent water pooling around her patio. During our inspection, we discovered that poor grading and inadequate drainage were the root causes. To fix this, we installed a channel drain, also known as a trench drain, in the patio after removing a few pavers. This drain now directs water away from the patio and into the yard.
