Several sections of the concrete had sunk, creating trip hazards, and extensive cracking was evident throughout the slabs. Since the boat house sat right along a canal, soil washout was a common and expected occurrence. The LRE team implemented the Two-Part Concrete Protection System, utilizing PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the sunken slabs and NexusPro to seal the cracks, preventing water from seeping beneath the concrete.
