Concrete Walkway Leveling & Stabilization in Tampa, FL

At his home in Tampa, FL, Charles had noticed that sections of his concrete walkway had settled and shifted, creating an uneven surface with a dangerous tripping hazard.

After contacting LRE Foundation Repair, Charles scheduled a complimentary inspection with one of our Design Specialists. Based on the inspection findings, he chose to have the walkway lifted, leveled, and stabilized using PolyLevel.

Our team injected the two-part polyurethane foam beneath the settled concrete, where it expanded to fill voids and help raise the uneven slabs back to their original position. The process also helped stabilize the underlying concrete to prevent further settlement issues in the future.

With the repair complete, Charles’s walkway is now more even, stable, and safer to use.
