Concrete Walkway Leveling in Winter Park, FL

Mark’s concrete walkway at his home in Winter Park, FL, had developed a major tripping hazard as the slabs had settled, creating an uneven surface. Concerned for safety, he reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection of the concrete. After having our Design Specialist visit Mark’s home to look over the walkway, it was discovered that soil settlement had caused the slabs to sink. We had our team fully lift, level, and stabilize the walkway with our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, we injected PolyLevel directly beneath the walkway to stabilize the underlying soil and level the concrete. Next, the joints between the slabs were sealed with NexusPro to prevent water from intruding beneath the slabs and causing further soil settlement. Within just a few minutes, Mark’s concrete walkway was restored to its proper level and the tripping hazard is now permanently removed.
