Interior Concrete Slab Leveling and Repair in St. Petersburg, FL

Upon arriving at the home, our specialist determined that severe soil erosion had occurred beneath the home in various areas and created a comprehensive repair plan to fully lift and stabilize the foundation. The plan included stabilizing the foundation perimeter with helical piers and lifting the interior concrete slabs with PolyLevel. Jason reviewed and approved the plan, and our team soon began the repairs.

After the helical piers were installed, our team injected PolyLevel directly beneath the interior slabs to fill any voids and carefully lift them back to their proper position. Once the work was completed, the gaps between the floors and walls were closed, providing Jason with the assurance that the foundation and interior concrete slabs of his new home were now fully repaired and stabilized.
