Concrete Stairsteps Leveled in Tarpon Springs, FL

Patricia from Tarpon Springs, FL, noticed that the concrete steps on her back patio had settled significantly, becoming uneven and unsafe. Wanting to address the issue before it worsened, she contacted LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection.

After inspecting the steps, our Design Specialist determined that soil settlement beneath the concrete had caused them to sink. To restore the steps, our team used PolyLevel in combination with specialized equipment to carefully lift, level, and permanently stabilize the concrete. Injected beneath the slabs, the two-part polyurethane foam expands to fill voids and raise the steps back to their proper position.

Once the project was complete, Patricia’s patio steps were fully leveled and secure, giving her renewed peace of mind.
