Concrete Walkway Leveling in St. Cloud, FL

Stephanie’s concrete walkway at her home in St. Cloud, FL, had suffered extensive settlement damage, with the slabs sinking and creating major tripping hazards. Soil erosion beneath the concrete was identified as the primary cause of the settlement, and our Design Specialist recommended implementing our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to lift, level, and stabilize the slabs. Stephanie chose this solution, and our team began by injecting PolyLevel directly beneath the walkway to stabilize the soil and raise the slabs back to their proper level. Next, the control joints between the slabs were sealed with NexusPro to help prevent water from intruding beneath the concrete.

Stephanie’s concrete walkway is now fully leveled and stabilized, giving her peace of mind knowing the risk of injury has been eliminated.
