During the visit, our specialist discovered that soil washout beneath the slab had caused it to sink. To restore safety and stability, our team implemented our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. We first injected PolyLevel beneath the slab to fill the voids and to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete. Then, we sealed the joints with NexusPro to prevent future water intrusion and soil erosion.
In just minutes, the sunken slab in front of Connor’s garage was raised back to its proper, even level—eliminating the tripping hazard and restoring his peace of mind.
