Concrete Entranceway Leveling and Stabilization in Orange City, Florida

The concrete slabs of the entranceway of a local church in Orange City, Florida, had settled over time, creating serious tripping hazards that needed repair. The pastor of the church contacted LRE Foundation Repair for help, seeking a safe and effective solution without replacing the concrete. We scheduled a free inspection with our Design Specialist, and after assessing the site, they discovered that soil settlement beneath the entrance had caused the concrete to sink and become unstable. We proposed a repair plan using our Three-Part Concrete Protection System.

First, PolyLevel was injected beneath the slabs to lift, level, and permanently stabilize them. Next, NexusPro was applied to the joints to prevent water from seeping under the concrete and causing further settlement. Finally, SealantPro was added to protect the surface from chipping, flaking, and staining.

The result? A fully leveled and stabilized entrance that’s safe, durable, and ready for years of use.
