Interior Concrete Slab Leveling in Largo, Florida

In Largo, Florida, Sid noticed that the floors in part of his rental property had dropped significantly, leaving a large gap between the walls and the ceiling. Concerned about the structural integrity of the home, he reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for help.

We promptly sent one of our Design Specialists to evaluate the issue. Upon inspection, it was determined that the home, built on a concrete slab foundation, was experiencing interior slab settlement due to unstable soil beneath.

To correct the problem, our team used PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane foam injected beneath the slab to fill voids, lift the concrete, and provide lasting support. The slab was carefully raised back to its proper position, effectively closing the gaps and restoring the floor’s stability.

Thanks to this solution, Sid can now rent out his property with confidence, knowing the foundation is secure and protected from future issues.
