"We're so excited to be reviving our 100+-year-old cottage. Most of the piers had sunk or were deteriorating, and about half the rim joists were dust. Walking through it was like the floor of a fun house at a carnival. LRE also repaired the floor of a large bathroom in the main house that was maybe even worse than the floor in the cottage before they started. Tavian and his crew, Johnny and Henry, were very friendly, knowledgeable, and productive over the course of the week at our site. They had a solid plan and made good decisions to keep everything on pace while ensuring the areas of most need got the extra attention they deserved.
